General IT & Security Tips
Infrequent, typically these would be no more than one or two per month, again, there would be no sales, product information or advertisements for any products or services . We would use this mailing list to send out urgent security updates that may impact you.
Hardware and Promotions
This list is to push out product information, this could be related to Microsoft or other hardware vendors or promotions. While we do not sell hardware, we still want to keep you updated.
Dictation Software
Many of our medical clients use Dragon Medical Practice Edition, this is a specific list for information on this product that can include Tips and Promotions.
Why we require a sign up form for marketing emails?
Demand ITS uses mailing lists for both business communications (updates specific to products at your work, security alerts, maintenance windows) and for marketing.
This site maintains the marketing emails, the other services you’re email address is automatically subscribed once you are registered with our client support portal and ideally would use your work email address. That service provides only updates on products/services you or your employer uses with Demand ITS Inc.
It wouldn’t be ethical of us to use this information to start sending you all sorts of non-essential communications, so we created a separate mailing list for these functions.
Each email sent out using any of the mailing lists includes links to help you manage your contact preferences.
